Talking New Personal Best!!!

My goal was simple... join the 11 second club. With great weather & a hookin' track (still same old crappy driver) I managed to post a 11.788@118.76 at Carolina yesterday. Had a blast meeting new friends & seeing/running old ones.

Yeah, I'm still stoked...

Hmm... a big congratulations to you Kilroy. You did a fantastic job and you make the SCMC proud. I was pleased with my numbers but was hoping for a tenth of a second less. 12.77 @ 110 mph. Not too bad for a little practice with the Mystichrome. It was a great day and a big congrats on winning the 12.0 second trophy!

Talking

Thanks Tony, I had set a few bests of this year on Saturday. You ran a great event, as always, & congrats to you on your personal best in the Mystichrome.

GMRACIN, I tried my best to meet you in the Shootout finals but I wasn't thinking when Annette Summer laid down some rubber for me. I failed to adjust my launch & bogged. Game over. Congrats

Nice 60 foot time! If I had a 1.7 time, I would be in the low 12's.

He did very good except for his last run. There were three cars left, one Mach 1, and two 03 Cobras. Tony was the runner up. He won $100.00 cash, an MGW shifter, and a trophy. James Cook was the other 03 Cobra and the Mach 1 was owned by Darryl Buckner.

Darryl won $150.00, an MGW shifter and a Terminator award!

I had a bad light in the finals and my car was warm and would not run the number. I was still pleased with how it performed!
