I would have to agree with tech.
It sure sounds like the pulley isn't on all the way. Pull the bolt or plug and make sure it's flush with the snout. Other then that it should be fine. Plus, sometimes once a belt walks it's junk and will continue to walk. Just my opnion. |

You didn't put the pulley on backwards did ya? Sounds like a dumb question, but you'll be surprised on how may people have done this.
