Suspension Upgrades - Any Recommendations?

I have an 03 Cobra that I've open tracked a few times. I'd like to stiffen up the suspension a bit and I'd like any comments on good versus bad products.

Initially I plan on putting on sub-frames on it. Any other recommendations?

Any info would be appreciated
Thanks

I have the full Maximum Motorsports Coilover setup on mine (Open track/10 mile a day daily driver), but that might be a little rough for you if it's your daily driver. I'd highly suggest their H&R 750-850 springs if you want better handling and a lower stance on the car. Also, you could upgrade your struts and shocks to some bilsteins since lowering your car a bit will kill the stock struts within a year. Or of course, you can go crazy and hit it up like I did with the fully adjustable coilovers and some softer springs than I have. I have 425's up front and 650's on the rear with Bilstein race valved struts and Bil. Cobra R rear shocks. A 400lb spring up front wouldn't make it ride so rough. Anyone at maximum can tell you exactly what you need for your application/needs. I researched it and talked to the "real racers". Everything from maximum is top notch.

And yes......get some full length subframes and you MUST get MM Caster/Camber plates to be able to get enough caster out of the mustang.

Hope this helps...

Craig

You might wanna try Kenny Brown as well. Big Daddy has the complete Kenny Brown kit on his 01 and it handles like a dream while still being a daily driver. Check it out and see.
