I am on my third set of bearings in 4 of my RPM oUTLET pulleys, heres how they seem to fail,when the car is stone cold there is a slight chirping squeek until it warms up then it goes totaly away,

however as time goes on the squeeking chirp takes longer and longer to go away until it does not go away anymore at all. we thought it was just one bearing but when we spun them all they were all trashed, has anyone else had this problem?
