Half.com problems
Anyone know where I can get a number to contact Half.com
I'm having problems with my purchase from them. What is the process I should proceed with when I've canceled my item that I ordered with seller but half.com still charged. Seller agreed on cancellation and has not shipped but now I have a charge on my card that shouldn't be and have no way of contacting half.com. Thanks |

Tam, get in touch with your credit card company. They should credit you and then go after the company for their money.

On the half.com homepage, click "help" in the upper right corner...it will take you to a "Buyer's Handbook" section that directs you on multiple issues. If the seller has already agreed to cancel the order, it should be up to that seller to issue a refund. Half.com is a "buyer to buyer" service and the other party has to help cancel the order, and in turn issue the refund. Hope that helps...Rachel
