Cruise in the spring

Anybody interested in doing a Blue Ridge Parkway Cruise this spring? Anybody familiar with the BRP? Enough to set up a route? I think it would be nice to get a big long string of Cobra's around the mountains!

Technically it's Skyline Drive north of I-64 and Blue Ridge Parkway south of I-64 near Waynesboro and Charlottesville. I've been through there a couple times...

Here is a thought. We could meet in Speeryville get on the SLD there and go south to Waynesboro where we could go down Afton Mountain on I-64 to the Stuarts Draft exit and go to Golden Corral or Applebees or something. There are a couple of resturants there and I will try to find out what they are if ya'll are interested.

My grandparents live in Roanoke and I went to school in Radford so I've been up the parkway in that area a few times. Not enough to set up a route but I can ask my grandparents about it if that helps.

I've driven the parkway when I had my 4 banger in school and it would be much better in the Cobra

I was just on Skyline drive this weekend. No traffic to speak of and it was a BLAST!! I love that road. Shame the speed limit is 35 LOL.

I am really up for a cruise. Thats probably the most fun you can have in the car. IMO (Well... Almost)

Keep me posted!!!

August....booked...and no traveling for me for awhile..
September..labor day weekend I will be in San Diego!
