wide band air/fuel gauge

I am considering buying an AFR WIDE BAND AIR/FUEL GAUGE
they run about $420 does anyone out there have one? hows is work?
was it worth it? please tell me what you can about it, thanks

I have'nt heard much about the AFR unit, but I have heard good things about the Dynojet Wideband Commander. I am going to pick one up. Cheap insurance for an expensive engine IMO. You can get them shipped for $450 at http://www.runninwiththedevil.com/maf.htm

about the wide band commander

do you know is that kit comes with the clamp that allows you to just drill a hole and use a giant hose clamp type thing to hold the sensor in the pipe instead of having to weld a bung? thats the pain in the A__ part

I was'nt aware of that, I would definitly want the type that has the weld in bung!
